The purpose of small groups at NMPC is to create gospel communities where we can experience God together, share our stories with each other and care for our community.
A variety of things depending on the group! At NMPC, we want to offer groups that are as diverse as the needs of our people! We are always considering what groups might be beneficial for our NMPC family. Some of our current small groups include:
Mentor Moms Groups – These groups are a time for mothers to share their experiences, encourage one another, and to learn from more experienced moms.
Bible Study – This group meets to study books of the Bible together and discuss how God’s ways impact every part of our lives.
Prayer & Accountability Groups – These groups meet together to pray with one another and hold each other accountable to live godly lives.
Community Groups – These groups meet to strengthen faith and foster deeper community in a small group setting. These groups are for anyone, and will typically meet in people’s homes in the evening.
Childcare is handled individually by each small group. Groups could decide to hire a babysitter, rotate a parent each week, have an older child from the group watch the younger children, or handle childcare individually.
