At North Macon Presbyterian Church, we strive to have worship services that are Christ-centered and shaped by the faithful and expectant use of the ordinary means of grace:

  • The reading and preaching of the Word
  • The administration of the sacraments of baptism and the Lord’s Supper
  • Prayers of praise, both spoken and sung

We have a diverse musical style that incorporates the wide range of talent within our congregation, and there are a variety of ways for our members to serve.

Sunday Morning Worship Team

Our Sunday morning worship teams rehearse each week in preparation for the upcoming service. This is a rotating group of 5-8 members that help lead the congregation in Biblically sound and theologically rich songs.

Choral Ensemble

In addition to our worship teams, we have a choral ensemble, comprised of 35 members, that rehearses seasonally in preparation for Easter and Christmas, as well as special Sundays throughout the year.

Children’s Music

Singing and making music to the Lord is important for all ages, which is why our children learn songs of the faith as part of their Wednesday night lessons. Several times a year, they sing in worship and participate in special music with the adult ensemble.

A/V Team

Beyond singing and playing instruments, we have a dedicated team of A/V volunteers who help run the sound in worship and live-stream our services.
